How we work
Physical transformation begins with a dream. What would you like your body to do or be like? When you first come to Mind-Body Connection, Angi creates a customized fitness program to reach your dream.
Angi and her trainers impart their knowledge to you with the intention of setting you free. By the end of your sessions with us, your body will understand how to do each movement correctly. You’ll have access to your own inner- teacher.
You come away with increase body awareness which gives you increase physical and mental power. Happiness in your body provides you with abundance in your life.

Your initial meeting with Angi takes about an hour. After discussing your goals and aspirations, she’ll assess how your body functions today. You’ll perform a series of mild exercises that mirror basic fundamentals of movement.
This assessment serves as a starting point. From here she’ll create a personalized fitness program, drawing on a range of movements, from Pilates, to Yamuna Body Rolling, to Gyrotonic.
Growing Stronger from the Inside Out
No pain no gain is a myth. Getting stronger and more flexible doesn’t need to hurt. In fact, it shouldn’t hurt at all.
Whereas traditional exercise programs focus on outward strength, Mind-Body Connection encourages your body to grow stronger, starting from the core. It’s better to do an exercise correctly than to do it quickly. Our trainers gently guide you to the proper techniques, ensuring that your body stays aligned as it grows stronger.
A 90 year old woman named Elsa was happy to be able to walk across the room unaided after one session. Afterwards, she learned to dance the tango.
Bob, an accomplished triathalon, had private sessions to work on his pain that came after competing and dealing with a week of recovery time. Afterwards, he decreased his recovery time from seven days to less than a day. His pain went away and his speed increased.
A year ago, Katie had a bunion surgery. Doctors could not help her to take the pain away when she walked. After three months of private sessions, she was able to walk pain free.
